Olive oil
Uric acid can be formed in the blood due to vital fatty acids deficiency. Therefore, adding olive oil to your regular basis helps you to control uric acid levels and inhibit the damage causing by the growth of this acid.
Cherries
Some studies have shown that cherries can also lower uric acid. A substance named anthocyanin found in these fruits can mimic some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Blueberries
Like cherries, blueberries also contain anthocyanin. It acts as natural NSAIDs that helps reduce inflammation and pain caused by uric acid increase.
Water

Water has an amazing purifying property; even helps eliminate uric acid from the body. Drinking enough water can stop the formation of this acid and dissipate it from the body.
