Sure, we know that pear not only has an amazing taste but also contains tons of fiber, vitamins like vitamin C, magnesium and iron that are really good for the body. Focus here! A new research shows that eating a pear or drinking its juice before wine may prevent a bad hangover.

Excessive consumption of alcohol can be pain, particularly when you wake up with a hangover the next morning. What an unpleasant experience! Hangover is horrible that gives you irritable symptoms including fatigue, nausea, headache, drowsiness… and even worse when you have to work or have some important tasks to do the next day.

A study was conducted on a group of people who drank 7.4 fluid ounces of pear juice before consuming alcohol. The result reported those participants had a significant decrease in hangover symptoms the next day.


Remember to eat a pear or drink its juice before the first sip form your glass of wine in order to reduce unexpected symptoms.
