Have you got
cracks at corners of your mouth or thinning hair or itchy feet, unexpected rash
or dark circles under your eyes?
They may
seem like normal and benign symptoms, but in fact they could be warning signs
of illness and other health problems, says Dr Deyo Famuboni, a GP in London.
“The body has ways of communicating health issues, so it is very important to
listen to it. There are a variety of subtle signs it gives us, that picking up
on them and being attuned to what is normal for you,” added she.
Here are 8
signs revealing something is up with your health.

Weight

the metabolic syndrome if the waist size is higher than 31 inches (80cm) in women
or 37 inches (94cm) in men. The risk is significantly higher if the waist size
is bigger than 34 inches (88cm) in women or 40 inches (102cm) in men.
With high
rates of obesity and diabetes that give us irritable symptoms such as
tiredness, frequent urination, poor vision…Therefore, it is vital to keep the
waist circumference low to help in prevention. A healthy diet and regular
workout can keep the condition in check, but it is advisable to consult doctors
for a type-2 diabetes test.

a sign of a rising cholesterol level due to fatty deposits under your skin. A
blood test which is done on an empty stomach can tell if that is the case.
Based on the cause, dietary interventions and physical activities can help to
lower the risk.

concerned about cholesterol because it is one of the leading factors causing
serious damage to the heart and brain that put you at risk of many fatal
diseases.
