- Sub-acute or chronic cough with profuse sputum due to phlegm-
damp accumulation in lung

Contraindications and Cautions
- Contraindicated for those with Qi Deficiency and Yin Deficiency
with Heat
-Should not be used for early- stage cough from externally-
contracted pathogenic influences
