Maintain healthy skin and
reverse premature graying hair
Pound 500g of sun- dried and roasted black sesame seeds to powder, and then fill into a bottle for
future use. Boil the mixture of 1-2 teaspoons of sesame powder and water (add
sugar if needed) until a thick fluid consistency obtained. A gradual use shows
amazing effects on skin and hair.
Relieve tympanous (abdominal
fullness, distension and stifling sensation)
Grind black sesame
seeds to make porridge. Add a dried tangerine peel and a pinch of salt.

Heat the sesame oil
until small bubbles seen. Cool it and then pour into a clean bottle for gradual
use. Drop the oil into nose three times per day: 2-3 drops for the first use,
then increase by 4-5 drops. Avoid moving after the treatment to support the spread of the oil in the nostrils.

Pound 40g of parched sesame
seeds into powder, and then soak in 40g of wine overnight. Divide into

Remedy 1: Black sesame
seeds 200g, Red fleeceflower root,
Wolfberry, Dried longan pulp, Mulberry fruit, Chinese arborvitae twig, 100g
each, honey. Grind into powder forming into pills. 10-20 pills per day. Another
suggestion is decoction.
Remedy 2: Black sesame seeds, Chinese date, Szechuan lovage root, Chinese angelica root,
Chinese arborvitae twig, 8g each. Chinese foxglove root, White paeony root, 12g
each. Decoct and drink one dose per day.
